- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On-site service starts at $180. Please describe exactly what you need help with and include photos so I can provide an accurate quote before scheduling a visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll send you a welcome message, ask you to confirm my on-site service fee, and ask for your address. If someone calls you after you submit your request, it’s definitely not me—I never call first. If you’d like to schedule a phone call, just let me know in the chat.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master’s Degree in Computer Systems and Networks (KNURE). International background with experience in Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
