- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My minimum onsite visit charge is $150, which includes one hour of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you contact me between 8 AM and midnight, I usually reply almost immediately and can often schedule an appointment as early as the next day (sometimes even the same day). Outside of these hours, my reply might be a bit delayed because sometimes I might be asleep haha I’m available for onsite visits 7 days a week, Monday through Sunday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. If you need to schedule outside my regular hours, feel free to ask — I just try to spend some time with my loved ones when I can.

Master’s degree from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics — Computer Systems and Networks. Over 14 years of experience in the electronic security industry, progressing from installer to lead engineer in a local Ukrainian security firm, followed by two years at one of London’s largest security companies. Holder of multiple international certifications, including Hikvision, Brivo, Paxton, and other leading security brands. Business owner since 2019, providing advanced electronic security solutions, system design, and implementation. Expertise in integrating cutting-edge technologies, leading installers teams, and delivering tailored security solutions for residential, commercial, and enterprise clients.
