offer fair pricing based on the size of the property and the type of problem. I give free estimates so you know what to expect upfront. No hidden fees — just honest, reliable service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I inspect the property to identify the problem and where the animals are coming in. Then I explain the plan and pricing, set traps or take action, and follow up as needed. I’m always clear with communication so the customer knows what’s going on every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from hands-on field work since I was young. I’ve worked on hundreds of homes and businesses doing rodent trapping. I also continue learning new techniques and tools to make sure I do the job right the first time.
