I am an Electrical Engineer that has worked in many different aspects of construction. I have done full remodels as well as the simple repair. I value critical thinking in all aspects of my work. Minimum of $130-$160 for the first hour, after which is $80 an hour billed in 30 min increments. This service charge goes to cover gas, depreciation, and advertising. Thumbstack is free to clients, not to the Pro's. We are charged regardles if you hire us or go with someone else. Exceptionally experienced, Hard-working and Honest! It has been a pleasure to have hired Ryan for some major repair work that was required after a water leak in my kitchen. From the inception of our communication, Ryan showed professionalism and knowledge about the scope of work. He also provided a fair quote unlike many others that highly inflated the price! On the day of the work, Ryan arrived promptly and came prepared with his partner, David. Both of them worked efficiently and carefully. Ryan also assisted me with getting all the correct materials. He went above and beyond by fixing many other things that could have been catastrophic if not repaired. He worked on my kitchen and bathroom. His work included putting up drywall, paint, texturing, putting up new tiles, kitchen cabinets, granite, new waterline, new faucets and a toilet. I am very particular about details and Ryan worked expeditiously to deliver that. I am fortunate to have met Ryan because it is very hard to find a knowledgeable repair person who is not only meticulous about delivering quality of work but is also transparent, trustworthy and with a great attitude! He was so easy to communicate with! I will work with him for all my future projects! Anyone here looking for a repair person/handyman please hire Ryan if you want high quality work delivered promptly from a honest and straight to a point person. Ryan was very responsive and communicative from the get-go. He arrived on time, brought the tools that he needed, and finished the work within the time frame he estimated. He helped me put in a small wall mount, hung a couple of frames, fix a clogged sink, and fixed my floor boards that were creating gaps. He was very professional and courteous. Did a great job. Highly recommend his service and I won't hesitate to hire him again for any needs around the house!
