Called Silicon Valley Chimny for problems with my daughter’s fireplace. Her time is very limited due to her work. I can’t speak highly enough about Nathan. He came on a Sunday to accommodate her schedule. His work was outstanding and he took the time to explain everything to her and instructed her on what to do should the issue occur again. I appreciate Nathan’s honesty. He installed a new control unit for which I was charged, along with his service. Nathan left when the fireplace appeared to be fixed. However the fireplace shuts off within a minute so I contacted Nathan to reassess the issue, suspecting a timer malfunction. He returned within 20 minutes and discovered the new unit was defective, so he replaced it with the original one, finding only a loose wire was the issue. His honesty was further demonstrated when he refunded me $100. I also appreciate his prompt return.
