had a great experience with SV Chimney Sweep. The technician — who is also the owner — was incredibly organized and solved the problem immediately. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He was very honest; it turned out to be a simple fix, and he not only showed me exactly how to fix it myself in the future, but also explained why it happens. I needed to get a new chimney cap with a damper and also to have the crest resealed. Nathan at SVCS was responsive in messaging and was able to provide a very competitive quote. I had quotes from another company that were 3x what he quoted me. I went with him instantly, and once the part was ordered, he reached out and scheduled a time to install it all. Everything went smoothly, and I plan on having him back for some more chimney work soon.
