Called Silicon Valley Chimny for problems with my daughter’s fireplace. Her time is very limited due to her work. I can’t speak highly enough about Nathan. He came on a Sunday to accommodate her schedule. His work was outstanding and he took the time to explain everything to her and instructed her on what to do should the issue occur again. She has his card now and told me he’s the only one she will ever call. Thank you Nathan!!!

had a great experience with SV Chimney Sweep. The technician — who is also the owner — was incredibly organized and solved the problem immediately. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He was very honest; it turned out to be a simple fix, and he not only showed me exactly how to fix it myself in the future, but also explained why it happens. I appreciate Nathan’s honesty. He installed a new control unit for which I was charged, along with his service. Nathan left when the fireplace appeared to be fixed. However the fireplace shuts off within a minute so I contacted Nathan to reassess the issue, suspecting a timer malfunction. He returned within 20 minutes and discovered the new unit was defective, so he replaced it with the original one, finding only a loose wire was the issue. His honesty was further demonstrated when he refunded me $100. I also appreciate his prompt return.
