I appreciate Nathan’s honesty. He installed a new control unit for which I was charged, along with his service. Nathan left when the fireplace appeared to be fixed. However the fireplace shuts off within a minute so I contacted Nathan to reassess the issue, suspecting a timer malfunction. He returned within 20 minutes and discovered the new unit was defective, so he replaced it with the original one, finding only a loose wire was the issue. His honesty was further demonstrated when he refunded me $100. I also appreciate his prompt return.
