- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prefer giving a fixed price for each job. A fixed price is best because customer knows what they will pay up front no matter how long the job takes. Can provide discounts after initial work is complete and we work on another project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all is to get to know the person and their needs. Everyone has different needs so I adapt to each customer differently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years doing small handyman jobs. I grew up with my younger brother who is very handy. We both got our skills from our grandfather.
