Brian represents the best of Thumbtack. He was responsive and transparent. He and his team did the job with expert precision. I was amazed at their speed and efficiency. Within 20 minutes the first frame was up and they were installing the louvres. After an hour and a half both pergolas were complete and they began bolting them down. Hire Brian and his team. You won’t be disappointed.

Got two IKEA queen beds assembled by Brian, and he did an amazing job. His work was excellent and very efficient. He was also extremely responsive, after we talked, he came out just hours later the same day. I really appreciate that level of reliability; it’s not easy to find.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prefer giving a fixed price for each job. A fixed price is best because customer knows what they will pay up front no matter how long the job takes. Can provide discounts after initial work is complete and we work on another project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all is to get to know the person and their needs. Everyone has different needs so I adapt to each customer differently.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years doing small handyman jobs. I grew up with my younger brother who is very handy. We both got our skills from our grandfather.
