I had a very disappointing experience with this handyman. He was supposed to arrive at 9am but never showed up. I waited until 9:30 and called to ask where he was. As soon as I gave my name and mentioned I was waiting, he hung up on me. About 30 seconds later, he sent me a text saying he would “send a guy,” but when I followed up with two more messages asking when that person would arrive, I got no response at all. I drove 45 minutes early this morning to be on time and make sure I was at the property, only to be stood up and ignored. Extremely unprofessional and a total waste of my time.
