The project itself isn't huge. It is to replace my dead lawn overgrown with weeds with a low maintenance rockscape. Garcia was able to use AI to immediately generate a design for me and it was exactly what I wanted. When he arrived, he measured the place to be around 1400 sq ft and gave me a quotation on roughly how much material is needed, his labor cost and how many days it would take him to finish the job. I was impressed and hired him on the spot.
Later he saw my pavers (10+ years old) having moss and some grass growing in the seams and recommended that he could powerwash and re-glue them. He quoted me the driveway and backyard (roughly 3500 sq ft of pavers) and it was a good price with labor and materials. So I also hired him for that project.
After a week, all of it was done and I am a happy camper for having the best looking rock lawn on the street at an affordable price. I did have others come and quote me, and their prices are too high (at least 2X of Garcia)

Garcia took the time to understand what we wanted and offered helpful suggestions whenever needed. What stood out the most was his excellent communication throughout the entire project. He always explained what he planned to do, kept us updated on the next steps, and gave us plenty of notice before making decisions that would be difficult to change. This gave us the opportunity to provide feedback and make adjustments along the way.
He was easy to work with, responsive, and clearly cared about making sure we were happy with the final result. We’re very pleased with our renovated backyard and would definitely recommend Garcia to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative landscaping contractor.
