Garcia checks all the boxes of what a great contractor should be. He is always on top of things, super responsive, honest and punctual. He came to my house with his father, their clothes still covered in debris from another job and was able to give me a quote on the spot (which turned out to be accurate after all is done). He does not make money on the materials, as he took me to the places for me to buy the materials myself and he has a really good eye for recommending the materials needed for my project. The project itself isn't huge. It is to replace my dead lawn overgrown with weeds with a low maintenance rockscape. Garcia was able to use AI to immediately generate a design for me and it was exactly what I wanted. When he arrived, he measured the place to be around 1400 sq ft and gave me a quotation on roughly how much material is needed, his labor cost and how many days it would take him to finish the job. I was impressed and hired him on the spot. Later he saw my pavers (10+ years old) having moss and some grass growing in the seams and recommended that he could powerwash and re-glue them. He quoted me the driveway and backyard (roughly 3500 sq ft of pavers) and it was a good price with labor and materials. So I also hired him for that project. After a week, all of it was done and I am a happy camper for having the best looking rock lawn on the street at an affordable price. I did have others come and quote me, and their prices are too high (at least 2X of Garcia)

Excellent work! Renato came out same day as requested and was able to start two days later. Had my entire backyard cleaned, trees trimmed and shaped along with major overgrown weed removal. They even covered my pool with a tarp to avoid waste getting into the pool. Will absolutely be hiring them again and highly recommend

I hired Garcia and his family for a one-time front yard cleanup, specifically for weeding and shrub shaping (into spheres). I am extremely pleased with the results. The weeding was thorough—not a single stray weed was left behind. Most importantly, they used professional power tools to precision-prune my overgrown shrubs into the neat spherical shapes I requested. The shapes look beautiful and precise. Furthermore, they handled all the cleanup. All green waste and trimmings were neatly collected and placed into the green waste bins, leaving the entire property spotless. Garcia and his family are polite, efficient, and delivered more value than promised. I will definitely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone in the Belmont area looking for top-tier gardening services!"
