Hi Everyone I am Alon the owner of iBuilders Design and Build.
I've been working in the construction business for over 13 years My desire to create iBuilders Design and Build started when when I saw that the homeowners in The Bay Area-specific often find themselves in the woods trying to get things done on their property. The cost of individually hiring some contractors, architects, and interior designers isn't the type everyone can shoulder and here is when I decided to simplify, making it affordable with an easy access to local building construction services.
Additionally, we have cultivated strong and positive relationships with various suppliers in the industry, making it possible to provide our customers with easier access to special DISCOUNTS for purchasing quality finish materials, this with the intention to ALLEVIATE another burden from their shoulders. That is part of our mission: to overdeliver and make it as EASY and simple as possible for our customers by providing a complete service.

This is my second time using Ibuilder design and build and again I am very satisfied with the results. I had a bathroom and floors done and they turned out fantastic. Alan is always helpful, patient and really tries to understand your needs. The workers are so concise and meticulous it makes it hard to believe that I am getting such quality work done on my house. It would be almost impossible for me to use another contractor in my house. Always a pleasure and I hope to do business with them again.

We worked with Alan for Ibuilder design and build for our kitchen remodel and flooring and we couldn't be happier! He was very open minded to all our ideas and provided us with all the information we needed to create a space that worked with our lifestyle and personal style. I really appreciated how reliable he was in getting information to us quickly and he was always a text or phone call away for any questions we had. Because he was so knowledgeable and professional we really enjoyed working with him. He was just as excited as we were from the beginning to the completion of the work! Met with Alan to review my bathroom renovation. In addition to being on time and friendly, he was thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of my project. He asked several questions regarding facets I hadn't considered. He was able to translate my vision accurately onto paper- specifically a 3-D rendering. He pointed out all the needed changes to become code compliant. I really appreciated his thorough assessment, he even climbed into the crawl space to better understand the current plumbing to better provide an accurate bid. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. It was a pleasure to work on the preliminary aspects and design with Alan. I highly recommend.

I hired Ibuilder design and build to complete a major remodel of my condominium: new kitchen, electrical upgrade, new lighting, plastering and painting throughout and new wall to wall carpet. The job was finished ahead of schedule and on budget and I could not be happier. They were even able to fit in a couple of last-minute additional tasks without extending the schedule. Once the project started, Alan was in close communication with me every step of the way and kept the project moving along on what was a very ambitious schedule. He was at the apartment every day to check on the progress, sent me pictures of the work in progress. All the craftsmen who worked on the project were top notch and the quality of the work is impressive. I cannot recommend Ibuilder design and build highly enough.

We recently used Ibuilder design and build for bathroom remodeling projects, and cannot recommend them enough! Alan was a great overall project manager and was communicative about realistic project expectations and timing around the projects. Work (especially on the first bathroom) was done incredibly fast and all the various teams coming in were great- demo, plumbing, electrical, tile, glass etc. The tile work is STUNNING. Would definitely use them again thank you Alan!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing are varied based on jobs. When you combine the estimated price we charge, the added value, the caliber of tools put into it, and the satisfactory results, you’d see that we are offering the loudest bang for your buck. Using the hard-dollar, low-bid selection process, is, however, not always recommended.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the first meeting we are starting to build a plan, Layout/design and material selection, We help our customers with anything they can think of, Our company provides a one stop shop experience to ease up the construction process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the construction business for over 10 years now. Last year I have decided that with all the knowledge that I have got with those 10 years its time to do what I do best for my own business. That is how I decided its time to open Ibuilders Design and Build.
