About
Hi Everyone I am Alon the owner of iBuilders Design and Build.
I've been working in the construction business for over 13 years My desire to create iBuilders Design and Build started when when I saw that the homeowners in The Bay Area-specific often find themselves in the woods trying to get things done on their property. The cost of individually hiring some contractors, architects, and interior designers isn't the type everyone can shoulder and here is when I decided to simplify, making it affordable with an easy access to local building construction services.
Additionally, we have cultivated strong and positive relationships with various suppliers in the industry, making it possible to provide our customers with easier access to special DISCOUNTS for purchasing quality finish materials, this with the intention to ALLEVIATE another burden from their shoulders. That is part of our mission: to overdeliver and make it as EASY and simple as possible for our customers by providing a complete service.

We had an incredible experience with iBuilders Design and Build. From the very beginning, the entire team made us feel confident and reassured with their professionalism and genuine commitment to our project. What we appreciated most was how they truly listened to our ideas. They understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us take those ideas to the next level. Throughout the entire process, they paid close attention to every detail, answered all of our questions, and always looked for the best solution whenever changes or unexpected situations came up.The quality of their work was also impressive. The finishes, attention to detail, and care put into every part of the project made a huge difference. They were organized, professional, respectful of our home, and maintained excellent communication from beginning to end.Above all, we appreciated the peace of mind that came from knowing we were in good hands. With iBuilders, we never felt like we were handling the project on our own. They were always there to guide us and make sure everything was completed properly. And the final result exceeded our expectations! Seeing an idea we had in mind become a completely finished, functional, and beautifully executed space was truly amazing. If you're considering a remodel, renovation, addition, or any type of home improvement project, we definitely recommend considering iBuilders Design and Build. Finding a team that combines quality, professionalism, communication, and genuine commitment isn't easy, and we are extremely happy we chose them.We would absolutely work with them again. We hired iBuilders last year to complete a remodel of our two bathrooms and kitchen. From the first meeting to the design phase to the construction, Alon and his team were a pleasure to work with. Always professional, always clean, and always responsive. My husband and I are both busy professionals and needed a partner in this remodel. Alon was just that. He was amenable to our ever changing travel schedules and regularly made himself available to accommodate us. They treated this project as if my home was their own. What stood out above all were those couple moments when the plan went sideways (always does with a remodel!) and I appreciated the teams creativity and quick solutioning.Their quality of work was fantastic. Alon and his team expect the work quality to be the same if not higher than you will want. The go the extra mile as well when you need help. For example, we found ourselves in a pickle when we needed one additional slab for the countertops. Alon, himself, made phone calls and visits to various stone suppliers to help make it work. All in all, I recommend iBuilders and would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Alon and team!

We contacted several general contractors for our upcoming home remodel.
But Alan from Ibuilder design and build stood out in several areas: his honesty, his patience, and his clear communication. He spent a lot of time with us to clearly understand our detailed goals. He offered up some great ideas for us to get the most benefit out of our remodel. All the while communicating clearly to us the pros, cons, and issues we might encounter and how to address those issues. We finished our kitchenremodeling and master bedroom and bathroom remodeling and we couldn’t be happier with the finished results.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing are varied based on jobs. When you combine the estimated price we charge, the added value, the caliber of tools put into it, and the satisfactory results, you’d see that we are offering the loudest bang for your buck. Using the hard-dollar, low-bid selection process, is, however, not always recommended.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the first meeting we are starting to build a plan, Layout/design and material selection, We help our customers with anything they can think of, Our company provides a one stop shop experience to ease up the construction process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the construction business for over 10 years now. Last year I have decided that with all the knowledge that I have got with those 10 years its time to do what I do best for my own business. That is how I decided its time to open Ibuilders Design and Build.
