- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $69/hour. I also offer a 15-hour package at 10% discount, which is $939 for 15 hours. It is a pre-paid plan, non-refundable, non-transferrable and valid for 6 months after the first session. There is a surcharge of $30 each visit for commute distance over 20 miles. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I got my training with Marie Kondo's certified consulting team. *Marie Kondo is a tidying expert and bestselling author of nine books in Japanese on tidying and organization. She is a star of the Netflix show "Tidying up with Marie Kondo."
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a mom of a four-year-old toddler, I understand how much more stressful and overwhelming it can be when the house is cluttered and unorganized. I felt lost at my own house. I felt disconnected from my own place. I had moved to my new place for one year but did not find it as a home until I started putting my house in order. Right at the moment my home gets tidier, I feel happier. Therefore, becoming a home organizing consultant allows me to spread joy through tidying to all people. My goal is to help ease people’s daily chaos and simplify their life.
