I met Richard through the Thumbtack platform. He did a complimentary consultation with me to evaluate my strength, conditioning, core, and balance. My goal was to rehab a lower back pain, develop a stronger core, and generally get healthier and stronger. 2 months in, my pain level has gone from a 7/10 to 3/10. Can’t thank Richard enough for his efforts and would recommend anyone to him!Jul 3, 2019
Richard is very patient and understands the needs of his clients. I’ve been working with him for a few months with the goal to lose a few pounds and get a bit stronger. So far I am loving my results and can vouch for his expertise and professionalism.Mar 28, 2019
I trained with Richard for 4 months. He put me in position to be successful with my fitness goal of losing weight/fat for my friends wedding. I also set some PRs for barbell lifts and finally was able to do a pull-up!!! I continue to train with Richard to this day and definitely recommend him.May 4, 2019
