Zenplace Property Management has done an incredible job in managing our properties. They came on board in a super tight time window, put in a ton of extra effort, and got all our properties transitioned smoothly to their property management team. To say they've gone above and beyond is a huge understatement. Zenplace's team especially has been a pleasure to work with. The team is incredibly polite, professional, experienced, and is always willing to offer suggestions on how to deal with various issues. I have worked with several property management companies in the past, and Zenplace Property Management is by far the best. If you have the opportunity to work with Zenplace and their team, I can not recommend them highly enough!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I OWN 3 PROPERTIES, 1 SINGLE FAMILY HOME, 1 MULTIFAMILY BUILDING (11 UNITS) AND 1 CONDO, AND I HAVE USED SEVERAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS. HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY. ALL THE PROPERTY MANAGERS AND LEASING AGENTS I USED WERE GOOD AT MOST ON ONE OF THESE KEY ITEMS. ZENPLACE PROPERTY MGMT HOWEVER IS THE ONLY COMPANY I HAVE FOUND THAT FOCUSES ON ALL. THE FIRST UNIT THEY LISTED FOR RENTAL ON A MONDAY AND BY THURSDAY, THEY ALREADY HAVE 11 SHOWINGS AND BY FRIDAY, I HAD A WELL QUALIFIED AMAZON ENGINEER AND FAMILY AS A TENANT. WHEN I TALKED TO THE TENANT, HE SAID HE LIKED ZENPLACE'S ONLINE AND MOBILE SYSTEM FOR INSTANTLY BOOKING SHOWINGS AND WAS FRUSTRATED BY OTHER AGENTS WHO HE WOULD HAVE TO KEEP CALLING. ZENPLACE ALSO QUICLY COLLECTED THE DEPOSIT AND GOT THE LEASED SIGNED FAST SO NO WAITING THERE. GREAT LEASING EXPERIENCE WITH MY OTHER UNITS TOO - QUICK, FAST, AND ATTRACT HIGH QUALITY TENANTS. ALSO LIKE THAT IF THERE IS EVER A MAINTENANCE ISSUE WITH MY RENTAL PROPERTIES, ZENPLACE GETS MULTIPLE QUOTES AND KEEPS EXPENSES LOW. I AM HAPPY WITH ZENPLACE!!! PROFESSIONAL! AND GETS THE JOB DONE!!!! I GIVE IT 5 STARS!

FIVE STARS!!!!! NICE EXPERIENCE AND GREAT COMPANY-HIGHLY RECOMMEND! USE WITHOUT HESITATION. The ENTIRE ZENPLACE TEAM has been knowledgable, helpful, and always proactive - and flexible per our NEEDS !!! Here is what happened: I hired Zenplace to rent out my property. After 3 days, I got 5 rental applications on the property, fast speed and in what is usually considered a slower market time The person assisting me was very responsive and offered many suggestions as to how to get my property rental quickly and how to attract great tenants Then we approved an application , and the experience was so good I looked forward to what happens next Upon the tenant moving in, the Tenant called me and said that ZENPLACE WAS THE BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE and it because of how easy and good the process was, the tenant decided to choose my property. I had to call my Brother who also knows rental properties who told me that it really hard to find a good property management company and I had lucked out with ZENPLACE. I was so pleased with the experience. Upon then getting Zenplace to manage another one of my rental properties in February, I got 6 great applications in 1 week. One family had been trying to look at other properties for days but had not gotten a response from the other leasing agent . ZENPLACE SHOWED THEM THE PROPERTY WITHIN 30 MIN OF THEIR ASKING FOR A SHOWING THROUGH THEIR ONLINE SYSTEM. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY. LOVE ZENPLACE. 5 STARS !!!!!!!!!

Zenplace is simply the best property management company I've ever worked with. We have multiple properties and all have been exceptionally well cared for and quick response if we needed anything.
