Our filter system broke down and my existing pool service person just gave up. By the time I reached out to Oscar, our pool was already green and we were looking to replace the whole filter system. Oscar arrived early on a Sunday morning, and actually fixed the existing filter system in under 30 minutes. He knew what he was doing and was very effective in communicating that as well. He charged very nominally and even offered to buy some extra parts from HD for some small stuffs that needed fixing, at no extra cost. Overall very happy with his service so far and would definitely recommend him to others.

5 Stars! I had my Polaris Booster Pump PB4SQ start with a small leak. Then it got bigger. Many wanted to simply replace the whole thing without trying to fix it first. Sunset Pools came promptly and it was clear they were just going to fix what was needed. I appreciate this. The O ring was the problem and it was fixed. I would recommend Sunset as they were very honest.
