- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tax Preparation fees are priced at a standard Forms based pricing system or by a monthly subscription. The fee for Standard Forms will be based on the complexity and forms that need to be filed. The price includes one meeting during the year to make sure you are on track for the next tax year. Subscription Pricing includes Tax Preparation for the subscription year. Accounting and bookkeeping for tax prep purposes are additional and charged at $100 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients will be asked to fill out a basic informational questionnaire in order to give an accurate quote and assist with tax prep. We can always meet in person or complete the process via email. I prefer to take the stress of doing taxes away from the client; to make it easiest and most convenient for you. I am willing to travel to you or work remotely to accomplish this.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. I also have a Certificate of Completion (A.A. equivalent) in Tax Accounting.
