Roberto is a true professional. He helped us with multiple tile jobs throughout the home this fall (2018). He was with us for about three weeks total - helping us on our kitchen, two bathrooms, and a new studio. Before starting, he made a very thorough explanation of what we needed for him to get started. He provided a very reasonable price that we were happy with. Throughout the three weeks he was at our home, he was extremely consistent, communicative, and cooperative. Hands down, one of the best contractors/easiest people to work with that we had at our house. We had recently come out of a very poor experience with another contractor, so were a bit wary. Working with Roberto however, was such a joy and pleasure that I was almost a little sad when the job ended! His work itself, is extremely precise and thoughtful. He measures everything highly accurately and has top of the line equipment to assure that every detail is taken care of. He has great taste too and helped us pick the perfect tiles for each space. In addition, he showed great flexibility- juggling between different jobs, on days that we had workers in other parts of our house. Speaking with Roberto, you can tell he has a very specialized intelligence, as well as a passion for pleasing you with his tile work. Altogether, I recommend him wholeheartedly. You won't have to worry about any headaches with Roberto. He is the real deal and a great person altogether.

He paint a Kitchen and a room, he did an excellent job and the price was really good, I recommend Jaime's painting for your next project

I can't say enough good things about Roberto and his assistant. I found him on CraigsList when I was looking for someone to install my kitchen backsplash. When he arrived to give a free estimate, I found out that not only could he do the backsplash (and he had some great ideas about how to make it look better), but he was also able to fix some problems with the floor tile caused by a previous bad installation.
They worked for three straight days on my project, staying until 10 or 11pm as necessary to get it done in time for the holidays. I'm a very picky customer, to say the least, and whenever I found a tile slightly out of place they would go back and fix it, no questions asked. They have very high standards and want the results to look as good as possible. I also found his price to be very reasonable.
I would happily recommend Roberto to anyone and will hire him again in the future if I have need of a tile installer.

Terrible. Arrived to do demo and didn't protect the bathtub now it is damaged with deep gouges and scratches. When I asked I was told that it already had damage. Roberto went and brought a cover when I complained, but by then most of the damage was done. They could of demo the floor and waiting to do the walls until they could protect the tub.
The team left and when I checked the next day the bathroom was flooded. They hadn't reinstalled the toilet properly so the whole floor flooded. When I told Robert he said we didn't move any plumbing.......they didn't ....they just didn't bother to install the toilet correctly and didn't check for a leak before they left.
They borrowed a fan and then returned it dirty, covered in dust.
Robert agreed to repair the tub but due to prior commitments I had he was supposed to arrive by 9:30am. At 10am he was still driving around trying to find the repair kit. When he says we will be here at 9am that means 10am or 11am and then they want to stay late in the night to catch up.
Hire someone with more experience who cares about taking care of your property. You will be glad you spent the extra monies
