- hear & see clients vision & needs - advise client of best option/ strategy/ solution/ pros & cons etc according to budget - make sure there’s clarity in the scope of work - make sure the client understands the in depth detail of actual work -over communication with steps of the process - make sure the client is comfortable to make adjustments & speak their mind on changes etc
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off as an apprentice working for a friend of mine. He’s a master plumber for over 30+ years. & he taught me all the secrets & tricks to the trade. I eventually started creating better ways to bring about the same results & over time I developed a greater passion for the Art &trade
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recent job we did was a 2 stack washer & dryer. Which included hot & cold water lines, gas line installation, sewer line installation & dryer vent line installation for both stacks. This project took almost 8hrs. Everything strap & sturdy & tested but most of all, no leaks.
