Jay was great. He did exactly what I needed. I ordered a bed from Ashley’s, paid for delivery and set up. The bed was not fully assembled unbeknownst to me. I heard wood creaking. Jay saved me! I would have been on the floor if it had not been for him. He is nice, professional and reasonable!
