This dream I speak about is like a desire directly from the creator’s heart that, through grace, was implanted in mine. Claudia did a wonderful job decorating our office for a 50th anniversary for our office mgr. I gave her a theme of Operation Gold and she brought it to life. It really turned out great!

Claudia was beyond great! We contacted her literally a few days before our wedding thinking it was too much of a short notice, but she took the time and spoke to us and said she can help us with some drapery for the ceremony and the reception! She is very easy to communicate with leading up to your event and on the day of. Her work is absolutely beautiful! My wife and I were so happy with the results. My experience with them was absolutely amazing. They made my wedding and absolute beautiful, beautiful venue. Sadly, she was delayed with the decorations. By 5:30 PM, she was still setting everything up, and there didn’t seem to be a clear plan for where the decorations would go. We ended up having to organize and direct the placement ourselves.
Thankfully, many of my guests arrived early and stepped in to help finish the decorations. Even though I paid Claudia in full for her services, I believe she should have offered some type of discount given the circumstances.
My invitation stated that the party would begin at 6:00 PM, but because the decorations were not finished, we didn’t start until 6:30 PM.

In regard to the decorations,
the decorations had to be set up by 6 pm; we arrived at 4:50 PM successfully clompleting the decorations 15 minutes before 6 pm. Our team even gladly stayed and waited through the start of your slideshow to ensure the projector wouldn't knock anything from the stage decorations which we agreed from the beginning would be displayed on the stage.
I am so sorry for all the inconvenience you felt; We always aim to provide our customer's great customer service, and we would love to speak to you further regarding this event.
