- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 1hr minimum and a prorated amount every 15 minutes after that. It is more cost effective for the client to have everything needed to get a job done. I can gladly shop for products that the client/job needs but depending on the circumstance, additional time may be applied to the quote for shopping.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and I go onto asking how I may assist. I listen to what the customers needs are and I create dialogue providing observation, feedback, and solutions about the job and request in question.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree from CSULA, focus in management. I like to ensure projects get done accordingly and done appropriately to the highest degree.
