Pure Luxury Movers provided an absolutely amazing experience during one of the most difficult times in my life. I recently lost my husband and needed help moving all of my belongings, and their team was incredibly accommodating, compassionate, and professional every step of the way. This move came after already experiencing the loss of my child, Cashi, so this transition carried an especially heavy emotional weight, and their kindness truly made a difference. As part of a military family, it meant even more to me to feel that level of care and support it truly felt like I was getting help from family. They worked with my schedule, handled everything with quality, excellence, and true craftsmanship, and made a very emotional and overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed. I was foolish enough to think I could have moved with a U-Haul…I am so relieved I did not, and that I had Rolando and the guys to move us! Their communication was exceptional prior to moving, and then so punctual on the day, and so quick at moving us. They took all the stress out of the most stressful event of life, apart from divorce: moving!! And they’re so friendly! I cannot thank them, or recommend them enough!
