Jacob is a nice guy but...he said he can fix my laptop and after drving for 40 min to his place he looked at the computer, checked on youtube where the hard drive is located and told me that he can't fix it.

I was told that my laptop will be fixed within a week. Later I got a phone call informing me that the part I need will come only in 3 weeks. My phone calls were left unanswered and promises like "I'll call you today" were not respected. I was deeply disappointed.
