I hired Ofir to remodel my guest bathroom, and I am thrilled with the end result. I've worked with several contractors over the years, having recently remodeled my kitchen and primary bathroom. I have to say, in addition to being a total pro, Ofir is a genuinely kind person. I had all of the usual customer anxieties throughout the process, asked lots of probing questions, and sent many text messages after hours. Ofir always gave me the time of day, was never dismissive of my questions, and took the time to explain everything about the process. Ofir and his team responded very quickly to my request on this app. He arrived this morning with a design professional as on the phone I wasn’t sure about my design ideas. Ofir had given me some suggestions, but took the extra step and asked to bring a design pro to the table. We came up with a design that will work for us. We are so thrilled with the refreshing level of professionalism that we hired him and his team for a room addition project we were planning and a future kitchen remodel as well.
