My name is Jaime Mendez. My crew and I have been doing housecleaning and carpet cleaning. We've been handyman professionals for over 10 years and in that time, have completed over 3,000 cleaning and repair jobs.
I've learned what makes a house look great and the difference is in the details. I use this system and these techniques every time we clean and repair a client's house, and these aren't your standard maid and repair service tasks.

Jaime and his staff went above & beyond! My 1300 square foot apt in Westwood hasn't been this clean since the day I moved in! One roommate was moving out and another moving in. They not only cleaned my entire place, but cleaned my carpets - all for a great price and they were finished in 3 hours. They were on time, extremely nice and did an absolutely incredible job! It was hard for my roommate and I to pick a random cleaning service in LA and we really lucked out! And, Jaime was able to schedule us in on short notice. I will definitely hire them again and I highly recommend this company!

They were friendly and did a really good job for a reasonable price. I had them clean my apartment and the carpets. Somehow my bathtub and kitchen sink were whiter than I can remember seeing it in years! Even with other housekeepers cleaning them. Good job!

We hired Jaime and his team to come clean our new home prior to us moving in, and the home was such a mess. The previous owners were very dirty and seemed careless. Jaime and team came to the house even earlier than expected, which was great! I let him know what I wanted them to clean with a quick overview of the home. They did such an excellent job, they went above and beyond what was expected. The quality of their work was amazing! I was very impressed with how the home stayed. I would highly recommend Novastar House & Carpet Cleaning because they truly are specialists in their field! I would definitely hire them again!

Novastar did a great job cleaning our place! They did not leave a speck of dust or an unwashed cloth or dish behind. They even removed the ugly spilled wine stain in our carpet that we didn't think could be removed. The place looks smells fresh and clean. Novastar is better than any cleaner we've used before, and very affordable too. Thanks, Jaime and Miriam!

I used Novastar for the first time to do a deep house cleaning and carpet cleaning of my father's home and I must say that I was thoughrougly pleased and impressed. They were so thorough and efficient. We have been looking for someone to clean for a while and not onlywill we conitnue to use Novastar in the future, I will recommend them to anyone that I know that is in need of their services.
