I had to organise a move on short notice for my son- same town, moving out of a 3 bedroom house into a one bedroom flat- was sight unseen for both me (online) and the movers. They were great communicators, the move got done, all is well. Took a little longer then either party expected so I might next time go for a flat rate rather then by the hour but no complaints
