- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend the National Strength and Conditioning Conferences yearly. I am always reading books, articles and scholarly journals to stay current and increase my knowledge. I also enjoy taking workshops to get hands on experience and gain new certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I suffered a low back injury that lead me down the path of figuring out how to fix myself. When I began training others I realized that the joy of seeing them improve was just as satisfying as healing myself.

Exercise programming for: -Post-rehab/return to full function -Weight loss -Strength -Muscle Building -Strength & Conditioning for Sports
