- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of our packages go by guest count, type of event, and length of rental service needed. We also have different 5x7, 4x6 and photo size options which greatly affect pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will first find out all the necessary details for the event to be able to recommend the best package. Then, we go over the event and recommend a few package options at different price levels for the client. Once choosing a package, the client will fill out a Rental Service Agreement going over the package inclusions and provide a deposit. After the event is booked, we will meet with the client in person to get to know them and choosing custom backgrounds for their event. We also go over small details for the event like tables needed, setup time, and online hosting preferences. Then we will show up to the event, provide the service, and after the event provide the client with their complementary flash drive and online hosting link.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are professionally trained in Photoshop and other Adobe CS6 programs as well as our premium Green Screen software.
