I received 3 referrals from Thumbtack, and Brian was the most prompt and responsive from the start. He gave me a thorough overview of my artificial lawn options and brought samples to my home. My yard is an unusual shape, but Brian was able to creatively meet the demand and did so with no seams! Beautifully completed. (The dogs love it!) Good customer service. Professional interaction. Fair price. All around nice guy. Very pleased.

I honestly don't know where to start. From the prompt response to my initial inquiry to the final day when it was finished, Brian was open, honest and professional all the way thru the 2 week project. The finished product is so eye-popping I can't believe this is my house. We had him remove all of our grass, put in zero-scape and rock riverbed in the front and artificial turf with a 3 hole putting green in the back yard. He even added a small sandtrap, which just makes it pop! Everyone I shows pics to are so impressed. I showed it to a young guy at one of my customers businesses today and he said "Damn dude, that's so rad" and gave me a fist pump! Not my way of speaking, but it is very cool! Thanks Brian, and thank you for your service, too! HOORAH!

I wasn't exactly set on my desires, but had an idea and vision for what I wanted to go with, and Brian saw my vision exactly and exceeded my expectations by a long shot! He was quick to reach out and schedule a meeting and helped explain why we should or shouldn't do certain things. He gave ideas and provided a huge portfolio of pictures for us to look through to gain an idea and inspiration, and was patient with us as we thought everything through. He was quick to provide a fair quote, and even contacted the HOA for us to assist with ensuring everything went smooth. I was in the middle of a painting project and needed flexibility from Brain until the painters completed, and he was outstanding with his timely responsiveness and understanding to the situation. Brian showed up the day the Painters completed and personally worked through the project with his own crew, who also was friendly and considerate towards the neighbors and my family. Paying close attention to detail, Brain and his crew hand placed the rocks for the dry riverbed, and worked closely with my neighbors to protect their vehicles from dust and waiting until proper times to begin using power tools. He finished the project in three days, without risking the integrity of the project. Overall, I am extremely pleased to have worked with Brain, and have plenty of future projects that will be entrusted to him. He is a fellow Veteran Marine, and holds himself to high standards of professionalism!

Outstanding doesn't even begin to cover it!!! Mr. Brian Tally...wow where did this guy come from!!! Over the years, I have had good/bad experiences with land scape professionals but Brian Tally is simply the BEST AND THE standard for all land scape professionals follow. Not only has this former Marine set the bar for all to follow...he's also fast, a man of his word, on time, no BSing and more than fair with his quotes. Go ahead and try to find another land scape professional who can compete with Brian Tally and you will fall very short. He's that damn good and I couldn't be a happier customer. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is very simple, its all spelled out in the contract. We offer "NO" surprises, just satisfied Customers!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Qualified Applicator License that requires Continuing Education every 2 years. This license allows me to legally spray and manage pests. We perform Herbicide and Pesticide applications to our customers that request it. I constantly stay on top of the ever changing industry and continuous innovation.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was offered a job in the Landscape Industry when I was 15 years old. I jumped all over the opportunity and simply made the best out of it. I learned at a very young age to operate equipment, build and construct retaining walls, design and estimate materials, and to not only install projects but how to properly manage them.
