Pete and his wife Melissa are an amazing and caring team. When my wedding planner Birgit Aviles recommended that we try Petes for our catering, my husband was determined that they were going to be our caterer. After a hearty taste test, we were beyond sold (and stuffed!).
Melissa met with us at the venue a couple of weeks beforehand to finish with details which was wonderful. The day of, we had a fantastic spread of tri-tip, smoked chicken, smoked mac n cheese, baked beans, salad and rolls. I had SO MANY of my guests tell me they usually dont like wedding food, but every person cleared their plates! The only thing I heard anyone complain about was that they didnt get enough mac n cheese! They even made a small dish of mac n cheese and had portobello skewers for our few vegetarian guests. After the event was over, they packed up all the leftovers for us so we could snack on it later that night and the next day!
They also had two servers that worked their butts off throughout the night helping serve our guests and then clean up. Everything was beyond delicious, beyond wonderful, and top notch. Thank you for your wonderful customer service and delicious BBQ!

We hired Pete's Firehouse BBQ to cater a large corporate lunch event. They were amazing. They showed up early, had an amazing set-up, and cooked their awesome BBQ fresh on-site. They served all of our staff in a very short timeframe, and had plenty of food for seconds. I would highly recommend Pete's Firehouse BBQ for any event!
