I have been certified as a CPR instructor for over 10 years. I am a full time professional Firefighter/Paramedic. After having many friends and family members ask me how to handle situations in a medical emergency, I decided I wanted to become an instructor and be able to teach others on what to do in an emergency. I enjoy teaching and want people to feel confident that they know how to handle an emergency. Anyone who I partner up with to teach a class or assist with me is in the Fire department or in the emergency medical field. They have first hand life experience and share the positive attitude to train others on how to save a life.
My team and I enjoy helping others! It's what we have chosen for a full time career! We want to train others on what to do before the fire department arrives or when to call 911 so people can get the proper help. It's a great feeling to know the skills you taught someone could be used to save another person's life and change both the victim's life and the rescuer's life you trained.

He's been very professional and friendly on the phone; very responsive to calls/emails; sounds like a perfect fit and we've hired him to teach our CPR/AED/firstaid class, but it wont be scheduled until late October, so can't give a full report yet.
I just needed to line someone up now, as our previous instructor has retired.

I highly recommend Lifeline CPR! Not only is the company highly efficient and professional, but they also deliver a tremendous amount of information in a relatively short period of time. The course is taught using a balanced mix of instructional materials and hands-on training.
Sonja, our instructor, brought valuable paramedic experience to the class while presenting the information in a very user-friendly manner.

Aaron and his team did a phenomenal job leading our CPR and 1st aidtraining. He had a mix of helpful information, hands on learning and great key takeaways. Aaron was a wonderful communicator from my first inquiry through the training and even with follow up. I appreciated the interaction, sharing experiences and the intentional teaching even leaning into our specific requests tailoring it for our groups needs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have worked out any questions the customer has regarding the class. We will inform them of the price. Once agreed upon we will send over our contract to ensure everything is correct and both parties know what type of class and expectations are requested. We do ask for a deposit to secure the date for your class. Our instructors show up 30-45 min early to introduce themselves and get the class and materials set up for class.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a full time Firefighter/Paramedic for over 10 years. I have performed CPR in real life in many circumstances. I have been a certified American Heart Instructor for over 10 years. I feel my team and I are able to give realistic situations with our training and real life experience to our customers on what to do before during and after 911 comes to your aide.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We love to teach everyone! even if you are not in the healthcare system. We love to point out how you are the ones that truly save a person's life before Firefighter, Paramedics, and EMT's arrive. you give that person a real chance at life.
