We ran into a tough situation when the guy building our deck was not able to finish it. I saw some of Chris work on line and reached out to Bespoke Deck on a Thursday. Chris was super responsive and got to work right away on my deck the following Monday. He finished the deck and put on beautiful railings too, all in 5 days. We are really happy with his work and highly recommend him!

We could not be happier!! We went from hiring Chris and his team to do the railings of our deck, to taking over the whole project. You will be hard pressed to find other contractors who are this honest, work this hard and are this good at what they do with fair pricing. We had Leo work on the majority of our project and he's amazing. They really care about the craftmanship of their work and it shows. We are truly excited to have this deck for years to come and we fully plan on using Chris and Leo for our next deck expansion project.

Our backyard stairs were getting quite soft and unlikely to survive another winter, so we reached out to Bespoke Remodeling. Chris came personally to provide the quote and offered several great options we ultimately chose to upgrade to beautiful granite stairs. Chris guided us through the entire process and made sure every detail, including the custom railing, was exactly how we wanted it. The stone veneer even matches our existing retaining wall perfectly! Were absolutely thrilled with the finished product and will definitely be calling Bespoke Remodeling again for future projects.

I had an excellent experience with Chris at Bespoke Remodeling. I needed two sets of very old and warped stairs refinished, and Chris came out for a walk-through, clearly set expectations for cost and timeline, and helped determine the best approach. We ended up replacing one full set of stairs and refinishing my entryway floor, and they were able to handle it all seamlessly. Chris and his team were super communicative, always on time, and extremely polite and respectfulespecially on days I was working from home. They were meticulous, dependable, and went above and beyond, even touching up walls and trim that were not part of the original scope. The stairs are fully functional, and the house was spotless at the end of each day. They even returned a week later to do touch-ups, ensuring everything was perfect. I will 1000% work with Chris and Bespoke Remodeling again on my next home project!

Bespoke Remodelling rebuilt my second-floor deck. From start through completion of the project, Chris Lynch, the owner, has been dependable, honest, straightforward, and open to discuss technical details and address my requests. The job was started and completed a couple of days ahead of time and with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. He and his crew are hardworking, competent, experienced, and congenial. All of these qualities are (sadly) uncommon among contractors, in my experience and that of many of my acquaintances, and are thus even more appreciated. Unlike many other general contractors in this line of business, Bespoke Remodelling carries Workers Compensation, an added bonus for the clients peace of mind. Throughout the project, Chris communicated with me and his crew effectively, oversaw the work, and kept me informed of progress and the next steps, which were according to schedule. The project involved not only replacing the old deck with a new one but also touching up and repainting the stucco along the entire wall on the back of the house where the old, bigger deck (an unsightly mass of rotten wood and rusted metal) was removed; and updating the electrical wiring for the deck flood lamp so that it is now according to code, all of which activities were time consuming but did not impact the agreed upon schedule. The foreman even cleaned up and repainted the old flood lamp to match the color of the new railing and made it look brand new (it was his idea)! Costs were kept as per the estimate provided. The result is a beautiful, aesthetically harmonious, and structurally well-built deck that has truly given my house a face lift. Thank you to Chris and his crew for a job well done and for their excellent customer service. I have recommended Bespoke Remodelling to several friends.September 2025
