- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are known for excellent training at a much more affordable rate. Making something more affordable does not mean lesser quality. Rather, our goal is to make it so a greater amount of dogs can receive training rather than just a small percent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to reach out directly. Contacting us will provide the opportunity to start discussing specific details about your dog and your goals. Which in turn, will allow us to determine what program/s would be the appropriate fit. During the process, full screening of owners/dog will be in place to ensure this is a proper fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Worked in several kennels, started from the ground up - Expanded my training capabilities by becoming a Certified Master Service Dog Trainer - Actively train in competitive working dog sports.
