- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price will depend on location of party, we cover Riverside, San Diego and parts of San Bernadino Counties and parts of Orange county. Price will depend on how long a time frame you book us and which package you choose..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To Book an event with us , we just need to get all the details, there is a deposit and then just the remaining balance is due on the day of event.We accept credit/debit zelle, venmo, and paypal. We also call you the day before to touch base , double check directions to your venue and go over any last minute details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entertainers attend Conventions,clown camps and Jams to learn new tricks and things to share with the kids. Sparkles has also trained many people the art of clowning as well.
