I have been in the home remodeling and apartment maintenance for 16+ years and even though I have a job I want to take on side jobs and if it goes well turn this into a full time job. We do all remodeling work or if you want your house or business cleaned real nice and thorough we can do that too

We hired Philip to finish 3 projects around the house. He did a fantastic job fixing the front door, replacing the weatherstripping and installing a better fitting threshold. Now the seal is tight and no more air coming through! He also installed curtain brackets in a very challenging wall and did some clean up on the roof of the patio cover. All jobs were very professionally done in a short amount of time at a fair price. He came prepared with all the tools needed and even made a special trip to get the weatherstripping. We would have no hesitation to use him again and to highly recommend him to others.
