I don’t usually write negative reviews but after reaching out and telling me that he will come back and fix the issue but doesn’t text or call and even bother to show up, I felt I needed to. I reached out to have our fireplace/tv shelf installed on our wall. He said he had a plan and everything is good to go, he installs the shelf and it was par at best but it worked. About a week later, the shelf started to tilt and the brace he installed was starting to come off. He drilled into the shelf and damaged it along with our wall. I gave him multiple chances and was very patient but he never tried to fix it. I have screenshots on f the conversations as well
