I hired him for a TV mount which he do good work but he was late showing up the first time I hired him. I set up a 2nd service for picture mounting to allow him another chance but he never showed up. He text me an hour after the time frame he said he would show up with an excuse that wasn’t professionally justifiable. I know things happen but when providing a service that a customer is depending on, it’s important to follow up and to be responsive.
