I hired Landon to do some various things around my property. He hauled away about 7 tons of material from the property including 2 cars. He showed up on time and had all the appropriate equipment to get the job done in safe and timely manner. His rates are very reasonable and he is honest and respectful. I would definitely rehire him the next time I need to get a job done right and on time.

Everything Is by the job, I factor time labor, dump fees, fuel, and any unexpected expenses.

They will send me pictures,(not always) I will give them an estimate. Then come in and complete the job.
