FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not going to be initially the cheapest, but experience has shown that we save our customers $ in other ways, usually including things others have overlooked. This has especially been true in working with GCs and hotel owners where the competitive bid, omitted many things relevant or required by that type of hotel, specific to technologies required. As a network company, we know intimately what is required vs a cable installer who just installs cable generally and may not know specifics such as location or number of cables and types that might be needed in the near future ie cameras not originally spec'd but are needed shortly after construction is complete or arises due to new security concerns that an architect didn't think of.
