Frank and his guys installed tile in our living / dining room which looks amazing. They completed the task on time and at the quoted price, gave us honest opinions which was appreciated and were professional at all times. We had them back to do a few smaller tasks around our home and will keep his information for any future projects. We happy to recommend Frank.

We wanted to get crown molding installed along with a trayed ceiling. Although none of the contractors knew exactly what we wanted, Frank worked with us to turn the image in our mind into reality. He got the job because, as a general contractor, he has the skill, manpower and equipment available to do multiple jobs like electrical work and cabinet work (our job also involved drywall and painting work). So, although the project started as a simple crown molding job, we got a lot of other things taken care of. Franks and his crew was very friendly and professional. They were very responsive to our requests and worked to make us happy. For example, we wanted to have Plexiglas installed in a cabinet door. After he did this (in his shop) he didn't think that we would like the result, so he installed a dark glass panel instead. We were very pleased with the result. In fact, we were so pleased that we are hiring them again for another job. I highly recommend Ruiz Construction Co.

We hired him to rip out our 600 sq ft of tile flooring and thin set. He was very professional, finished in the time he had quoted, and did a great job! We will definitely hire him for other projects in the future.

Just wanted to say thank you again for all the work done on our kitchen! Frank is well considerate of my opinions and designs. He give honest and practical advises. We added more tasks moving forward and he was great to help us out. Franks personality is great, easy to talk to. He pays attention to detail especially the flooring. Clean up after every visit. He is considerate of my children (3 little ones). Addressed all my concerns. Pricing is great! Timeline took a little longer then expected for me, but finished within the estimate time. They did come for short periods of time within the day. Overall, everything turned out perfect, Much satisfied with the work done! Thank you again.

Ruiz construction saved me from a previous contractor who was absolutely horrible!! He and his crew found and fixed all the problems and went above and beyond to make our home a home again.
