B’s Detailed Cleaning did a fantastic job on my home prior to move in. B has a keen attention to detail and did many things that other cleaners don’t do. I have a metal light bar in my bathroom that had some rust spots, it looked dull, and B brought back it to life. At first glance my place looked ok but there was loads of hidden dirt and grime and B’s Detailed Cleaning handled it even though it took longer than expected. I’ve never had a better cleaning service. B’s is a small owner operated local business and B truly cares about quality and making people happy in their home.

B took my disgusting fridge and shower left by the previous owner and left the so clean and usable! She and her husband even cut out the moldy grout and added fresh grout for me. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm eager to please, I'm a straight shooter, I'm very honest and I try not to underbid myself. I work very hard and I'm very attention to detail. My prices may seem high but I will clean your home just as I would like my own home cleaned. I do the job right and that's why I'm worth it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a very detailed checklist or understanding of exactly what the clients needs and wants are. I believe communication is key.. I believe once we've discussed the job we can decide if we are a good fit for each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20+ years of hands on experience in the industry.
