This was my first time hiring a house cleaning service. The staff that was sent was very kind and did a wonderful job with the areas of my home she focused on. I was surprised to see that she arrived alone, as I was told a team would be coming to provide the initial several hour cleaning. I was also did not expect to be asked for use of supplies (vacuum, broom, mop, sponge)… as the proposal stated that staff bring all supplies and equipment needed. The staff spent the majority of her time cleaning upstairs, which looked wonderful. My home was in serious need of cleaning, so I appreciated her attention to detail. Downstairs tthe kitchen was not touched. I cleaned the microwave, stove, counters, table and chairs myself. I also dusted under the edges of the couches (visible on my wood floors with raised couches). I followed up with Julias who scheduled the cleaning. He apologized and asked for an opportunity earn my business. I tried to reschedule and also asked for an estimate to have my floors cleaned. I haven't heard from him to schedule nor was any kind of discount or re cleaning offered. I'll be looking elsewhere for another cleaning service.

I reached out to Anna L. after she had her less than desirable experience with our cleaning associate. Although Anna communicated her concerns to me regarding her experience well after 24 hours, I asked in my email following up with her, "What can we do to regain your trust and earn your business?" Once again, I did not here from Anna for a couple of days. When I did here from Anna L., she wanted to schedule recurring bi-weekly service with her floors being steam cleaned. I told her that would not be a problem but someone would have to come out to give her an estimate on her flooring. She also wanted her service to begin that Friday however we had no availability. I told Anna that we had other days available but those days did not fit her schedule. I then told her that if we had a cancellation, I would contact her. We have not had any cancellations and Anna has not called or tried to schedule with us over the phone, email, or through our website. We pride ourselves on making our clients 100% satisfied. This is why we offer our 24 hour guarantee that we put in writing. I believe that Anna L. knows that we are an excellent company, that is why she called us back. Are we perfect? No. Did we make a mistake? Yes we did and asked for the opportunity to fix it but evidently Anna L. wanted more and we missed that. Although Inland Asset Services, LLC may seem like a big company we are not. We are a small working class company who's associates and partners are retired veterans, teachers, law enforcement, factory workers, college students, construction workers, and janitors. We are just like some of the clients we service and we want you to be treated how we want to be treated... with respect. With that said, when any of our associates cross a clients threshold to their home, I and my partners expect them to clean your home better than their own. Once again Anna L., on behalf of the entire Inland Asset Services Team, we apologize that we missed that opportunity to leave a positive impression. We wish you the best. Ms (sorry I cant remember her name) arrived in a timely fashion and spent about 4-5 hours cleaning. Spent about 2-3 hours in the kitchen alone. She gave some good tips on cleaning and used vinegar which is natural and I liked. Did not like the fact that she was standing on the kitchen counter with shoes on to clean the cabinets so I offerred her a ladder which is what my previous crew did, they came with their own ladder. Overall she did well, has a great attitude and takes pride in her work.

I hired Inland Asset Services to clean my place after I moved out of a rented condo community. I was really impressed with the effort and attention to detail they put into it. After they cleaned It looked better than when I moved in. They really pay attention to all the little details from the ceiling fans to the baseboards. I will definitely use them again for all my future needs and would highly recommend them. Thank you Julius, Wanda and Nicole!!!!

They couldn't keep the same cleaner coming more than 1 -2 times as the girls were typically quitting. That shows me there's a problem with management. The scheduling system/person couldn't keep my appointment times/days straight and they frequently cancelled on me at the very last minute. One of the cleaners who was 1 hour late looked like a she was a drug addict. The following appointment no one showed up because since the fired that same girl, they forgot to replace her for my appointment time (2 weeks later). Communication with management was sketchy and very delayed. As a service pro myself, I found them to be terrible in everyway possible.
