I have never left a bad review before, but there are a handful of things that I really feel like could’ve been better. They were here two hours and not much feels legitimately clean. About an hour in, I noticed they hadn’t made it very far through the house, but I kept hearing YouTube/Instagram videos and laughing. A few unprofessional comments. So after 10-15 minutes of this off and on, I look out and they’re in the same spot as when they came in and it looks like the only thing that’s really been cleaned are the counters.. despite it having already been over an hour. When they left they was still dirt/debris all over the floors, some of the counters, shower, nothing really felt cleaned at all. The mirrors were still dirty with watermarks all over. Streak marks and some debris on the coffee table. Beds unmade, dishes left, all trashes left full. Just a very slow, what feels like half ass job. Not the most professional and not worth the money. I feel like they just dillydallied and left some little scent bombs around the house to make it smell clean, rather than it actually being clean (or at least 1/2 of it). When I called the owner, he was pretty nice and offered to have them come back at least. But at that point it didn’t seem worth it. And now we have to pay other cleaners to come again tomorrow to finish the job (we are not slobs by the way, this was pretty easy to begin with).

I hired them for a cleaning before my daughter’s birthday party and they did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned and sanitized very thoroughly which is something I’ve struggled with past cleaners. Will be using their services again.

The company lives up to its name, the staff did a spectacular job in cleaning up after the guests at my Airbnb checked out. I know the guest didn’t make it easy for them but the staff completed their task far beyond my expectations and I will definitely be employing them in the near future. If you want your place cleaner than when you bought it, I Believe in Clean Cleaning Service is definitely the way to go!
