H​i! I'm Jaz Chahal and I am the CEO and Founder of The Mindset Evolution. As a Mindset and Empowerment Coach with over 15 years of experience, a Master of Social Work degree and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, ​I am here to support you in aligning with your highest and truest authentic self. The way in which I do this is by using evidence-based mind-hacking tools and practices to shift your inner self-talk. My clients are supported in cranking up the volume on their own inner voice and turning down the volume on the voices of others, to create massive breakthroughs in every area of their personal and professional life to live life wholly and on their own terms. Throughout my 15 years of experience supporting individuals through some of their most difficult and challenging times of need, I witnessed how the suppression of one’s voice can lead to their path and journey through life to be determined by others and can also contribute to increased feelings of worthlessness and powerlessness. It was also evident that this deep disconnection from their own inner voice and inner calling, is what led to their lack of self-belief, self-agency, self-worth, self-confidence and self-advocacy. As a Mindset and Empowerment coach I share holistic and transformative evidence-based practices to support my clients in reuniting with their own inner voice and amplifying this voice to create a life in alignment with what matters most to them.
