- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will always be accurate and honest... I do not give "ballpark" pricing unless there is more information needed, or the job requirements are not clear.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, my priority is understanding what he/she wants and needs. I will usually ask for a picture of my client, so I could study their features and tones, and bring out their natural beauty. I believe in providing the look my client wants, so that they feel not only like themselves, but stunning and beautiful!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified MAC makeup artist. I trained and worked with MAC for 6 years. I got experience in working with a wide range of people, all ages, all sexes, all races.
