- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate: $70 Shopping Fee (optional) $60 shopping fee for buying & returning organizing products if you need them
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk on the phone or at your house to find out what you would like to accomplish. I will ask you questions to find out how you use the space and how much decluttering can take place. I will give you an estimate of how many hours your project might take. Then we schedule sessions to complete your goals! Sessions can be back-to-back, or can happen slowly over time. I can work by myself or along with you. I ask for feedback along the way so that you are happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken coursework working towards a certification in Professional Organizing through NAPO, the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals. I also have a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA. Ergonomics, efficiency, problem solving, and process were major elements of my engineering degree. I've worked in big corporations and small companies, so I have a breadth of experience with organizing in a business setting.
