Stacy is awesome! We had 30 years of accumulated, sentimental items from our children's rooms, souvenirs from various trips, knick knacks, clothing, kitchen items, dishware, paperwork for filing cabinet in the office, loose photos, etc. Went through each and every item, deciding to donate, sell, keep, or simply let it go... She helped me style and hang wall photos and a very special collection of vintage items. She recommended purchases of various organizing systems, so that everything had a place to be... What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate: $75
Shopping Fee (optional) $60 shopping fee for buying & returning organizing products if you need them
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk on the phone to find out what you would like to accomplish. I will ask you questions to find out how you use the space and how much decluttering can take place. Then we schedule sessions to complete your goals! Sessions can be back-to-back, or can happen slowly over time. I can work by myself or along with you. I ask for feedback along the way so that you are happy with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken coursework working towards a certification in Professional Organizing through NAPO, the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals. I also have a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA. Ergonomics, efficiency, problem solving, and process were major elements of my engineering degree. I've worked in big corporations and small companies, so I have a breadth of experience with organizing in a business setting.
