Studio S Pilates

Introduction: I am the ONLY Classical Pilates Studio in the Southern Highlands area. There are only 3 classical studios in all of Las Vegas. Classical means it is the way Joseph Pilates intended his work to be done. Helping people achieve their personal fitness goals. Helping people gain stretch, strength and mobility where there once was none, and relief from body aches and pains. I also coach FASTer Way To Fatloss, so I'm certified in their program and it is NOT a diet, but a way of life, where you teach your body to use fat for fuel, eat whole foods and never eliminate food groups to achieve the goal.
