- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 20% for hosting your property and managing your listing. I take care of A to Z! I list your property on multiple platforms I handle the cleanings after every guest I schedule any maintenance that needs to be completed Inventory of all items are tracked Dynamic pricing software is used to ensure YOU make the most for your Short term rental! Available at any time for phone calls. Will handle permit for STR on my cost. Will collect all monies and send to owner and invoice for fee and any expenses you would like me to take care of (Utilities, Wifi, etc)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would meet at your property for me to do a walk through. We would discuss what your needs are for property management. I would explain the permitting process and any recommendations for furnishing. If we both agree to move forward, I would submit to the city for the Short-Term Rental permit at my cost. I would handle the inspection and ensure that everything is set up properly according to City Ordinances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple properties that I manage within Oceanside. I've also taken several trainings on how to efficiently set up Short-Term Rentals and how algorithms for the various platforms work.
