Bill was a tremendous help in finding our new home. He was available the same day we spoke about looking at homes. He was proactive in working with agents to find the best home and value. We worked with Bill on the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. On both ends he did a fantastic job of keeping us in the loop on what was going on and what the next steps were. He helped us with inspections, movers, and every aspect of the sale and move process. Bill had the home professionally staged which resulted in a sale weeks quicker than other homes on the market in the neighborhood and we got more than the market value. He never rushed us to make any decisions and spent several hours researching the market and we got a great deal on our new home as well. We are extremely happy with the service he provided and will definitely use him for any future real estate transactions. We highly recommend him and would give more than 5 stars if that was an option.
