Goran and Lisa listed my home in Chardonnay Hills/Temecula in mid-Dec. 2012, and it sold right away! I listed it at the top of the price range, at $389,000. Within 3 days we accepted an offer ABOVE the asking price. These guys have an amazing marketing program, something I have not seen in my 20+ years in real estate investing. Always training and improving. Network with the top 200 Realtors nationwide in mastermind conferences. I have personal coach and I also have coaches for my team. I also attend the top conferences every quarter. I read at least 1 top ranked business book every month.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always interested in Real Estate through investing. I was previously in charge of international sales for a Fortune 500 company. I have applied a lot of the training and experience from that into our Real Estate business. I have a M.S. degree in Computer Science and that has also been very beneficial as most of the marketing is done on-line.
