A local resident since 2006 with 16 years of real estate experience. I began my career helping my family buy and sell homes during some of the most challenging times in real estate. Despite the challenges of working with family, burnt down homes, and short sales, it quickly became my passion. Everything we could have hoped for in an agent; patient, personable, clear and realistic. Sokha was an AMAZING realtor. She really knows her stuff. I'm in a life transiton and have been under alot of stress. For about 2 weeks, I didn't know where I was going to have a place to live. A friend recommended Sokha and she reached out to me immediately. She was attentive and had a good eye for the pros/cons of every house we saw. When I was ready to make an offer, she had my BEST interest at heart. She was truly a fighter on my side! Some agents will only want you to make the highest offer and not care about rather it's the right house for you or what it does for the overall housing market. Sokha isn't like that. She's trustworthy, responsible and intelligent. I've been so fortunate to have Sokha as my agent, I can actually call her my friend she's so awesome. Contact her! You won't regret it!
